Unboxing Video Requirement: Upon receiving your parcel, it is necessary to provide an unboxing video as evidence when requesting a refund or replacement. Please submit it as soon as possible or within 3 days to be honored.
Change of Mind: We do not facilitate refunds for instances related to a change of mind or personal preferences.
Faulty or Damaged Products: If, by any chance, you receive a defective or damaged product, kindly reach out to our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the item. Supporting evidence, such as photos or videos, is required to substantiate your claim.
Incorrect/Incomplete Order: In the event of an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact support@thequorali.com within 3 days of receiving the item. Our team will promptly investigate the issue and facilitate a replacement or dispatch any missing items.
Limited Warehouse Space and Returns: Due to restricted warehouse capacity, we do not accept returns nor provide return labels for shipped products. However, replacement or refund options are available within the parameters of our refund and replacement policy.
Courier-Related Issues: We regret to inform you that no refunds will be granted for delays caused by the courier. Requests for replacements or refunds must be reported within 2 days of the courier marking the delivery status as fulfilled.
Cancellation After Payment: Should you wish to cancel your order, kindly contact our support team within 24 hours of making the payment. Once the order has been fulfilled, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained.
